Return Policy
At Kayarize Blankets, every blanket is made especially for you. Because each item is personalized, we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Made a Mistake at Checkout?
Catch it fast and we'll fix it. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at blankets@kayarize.com to correct a name, date, or other personalization detail before production begins. Once production starts, we're unable to make changes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at blankets@kayarize.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We'll review your claim within 2 business days and, if confirmed, replace your blanket at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Order Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it's significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at blankets@kayarize.com and we'll help track it down.
Personalized Items
Because each blanket is custom-made using the personalization you provide, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Spelling errors, dates, or other information entered incorrectly at checkout (see correction window above)
- Design choices, colors, or personalization approved by the customer
- Change-of-mind purchases
Please review your personalization carefully before placing your order — we want it to be perfect.
Refunds
If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post it.
